Solid Gold

Goodbye my dear Kingbird friends, I will see you next year!
The flowers of summer salute you
But slowly fade away
As fall nears so close
At the end of a golden summer.

The migrations begin!

  1. This is a great set of images, Steve. Sad to see summer winding down, though. I love that beautiful purple flower in #6.

  2. I've enjoyed watching kingbirds as I drive around the country roads. They never seem to slow down enough for me to get pictures when I'm in my truck though.
