An exciting adventure looking at the land and the people around me.
Nothing more reliable and beautiful in the garden. And, they re-seed themselves. Mine get a powdery mildew on the foliage, but I don't spray them. So many colors and shapes. That is a gorgeous stand.
Zinnias are my favorite. So many beautiful flowers in the world, how could I pick one. But zinnias are what I love the best. Those baby birds can be rambunctious.
Butterflies and zinnias just go together, don't they? Beautiful shots of them. Love the little hummer, too. I hope the baby goldfinch survived its early departure from the nest.
Spectacular as usual! Love the zinnias.
These are such bright bold colourful shots of the flowers and insects! Really cheery!
Nice colorful pictures. I liked the hummingbird. My mother loved zinnias too. I saw a nice plot of them a couple of days ago.
This takes me back to when my grandma always had flower gardens when I was a kid. I always liked helping her plant them.
Bold and bright colors those zinnias. What's not to like..? :)
The zinnias are so pretty. I should plant some of those next year
so if you sit in a patch of zinnias, many photo opportunities come by.
Hi Steve - the zinnias look amazing ... goldfinch - I hope he survives ... and flutterbies ... wonderfully uplifting look around ... cheers Hilary
those are beautiful. I love zinnias too. that is a big patch. do you plant by seed every year or do they volunteer back?
Oh my gosh, Steve. You've outdone yourself this time. These photos take my breath away. Zinnias have a special place in my heart. They were my grandmother's favorites. I know they're annuals but do yours just reseed themselves or do you replant each year.
Poor little goldfinch! Gorgeous pictures!!
Keep it positive and informative,I enjoy hearing from you!
