Sunday Stroll

Got peanuts?

With drought conditions all over the state, a favorite stream is barely flowing.

Even the rivers are low, as you can see with kayakers standing in the middle of the river.
The clouds couldn't make up their mind what kind to be.
Isn't she pretty?

Pearl Crescent

Sooty Wing

This huge boulder has glacial striations from being pushed from the north in a glacier

  1. Looks good to see clear skies. We have very heavy smoke.

  2. Just lovely! Love the Pearl Crescent. Might not get my stroll up til tomorrow. Busy few days! So glad you were able to walk, and am envious of having prairie dogs to photograph. So cute!

  4. Such a great stroll. We need rain too, which is strange for eastern Canada.

  7. A little dry this August but the corn is looking really good. I like that big boulder. With global warming it's not likely to be pushed south any time soon...;)
