Sunday Stroll: Out On The Prairie

A morning walk
Who might I see
Friends of the forest
Out on the prairie

Icy palace

A giant Badger on display at the nature center underground exhibition. I stopped for a moment to warm up on a very chilly day.
Two worlds
Meld below and above
Sharing peace.

Sun peeks
For only a moment
Then runs away.

  2. Love it. Don't the blue jays and cardinals bring some wonderful color to winter? We have been enjoying their color in our yard too!

  3. When I saw the picture of the badger I blinked and looked again. I wondered how you managed to get a shot at him. Then I read the caption.

  4. Some people miss good stuff when they stay indoors because of cold. You always find some good stuff.

  11. I love the squirrels with the foxy undercoats. They are so pretty. Ours are small and gray and not nearly as cute.
