An exciting adventure looking at the land and the people around me.
Evry town should have an emergency donut vehicle
You got a big greenhouse, you visit ;=} My addiction are the flock of redwing blackbirds that summer here. When a flock lifts it sounds like a flame of fire. I'll post some pictures next week.
It sounds like you're anxious for sprig to come. I still want to do a lot more X country skiing.
I needed some greenhouse time. Great photos of the swans. Thanks for sharing.
Oh, I love the Emergency Donut Vehicle. We have a wonderful donut shop only about a mile from us. It's such a temptation. The greenhouse would be a wonderful mood lifter on the dark, dreary days of winter.
You obviously wrote this before the snow hit today. We have about 6 inches and it's still coming down.
That's an impressive hothouse with a great variety of plants & exotic blooms! Surely It wouldn't hurt to have a Hurts donut!?
I bought my first packet of seeds the other day. It was mammoth dill to go in my dill pickles. I've never seen wild swans. That would be exciting. I'd buy a pair for our lake, but they are expensive, I'd have to be hollering at all the kids throwing rocks at them and they'd probably end up flying away.
I fear I lost all my succulents and small cacti in the hard freeze. the century plant survived but everything else is mush.
Hi Steve - succulents seem to be gaining ground ... certainly here in Eastbourne it is dry enough ... yet windburn, frostbite now! But they can be protected ... hope you enjoyed the donut! Cheers Hilary
I love the emergency donut vehicle:)And that the swans socialized:)Have a great one, Steve.
I love succulents and have a few, but they don't seem to grow and I don't know what I'm doing wrong...Any tips? :)Laura xo

Keep it positive and informative,I enjoy hearing from you!
