Springing Around

Daffodils are always a sign of happiness for me.
Do you see their always present smile?

The start or the end of the day is always precious to me.
I walked past this from a number of different ways to express the beauty of these blooms.

Have you ever candied these violet blossoms for May Baskets?

  1. The yellows and purples are the colors I associate most with spring.

  2. So pretty. Love the 5th image, with the colorful trees. The Dutchman's Breeches are wonderful, as are the redbuds.

  5. Hi Steve - wonderful photos .. I love daffodils; the blackthorn blossom looks magnificent - we've the same here ... wonderful blossoms to appear at this time of year. Your bulbs, your treasures and your cherry blossom just lovely ... we used to have violet creams with candied violets - one of my childhood memories ... can't say they're my favourite .. but they are different, and we had rose ones too ..

    Cheers Hilary
