A Little Bit Of The Wildlife

A major herd of deer, I counted 37.

Steam rose on a very cold day while I watched a large flock of Trumpeter Swans.

  1. Hi Steve .. it's lovely to see them all without the distraction of leaves and a full lake to use ... wonderful photos ... cheers Hilary

  3. The swans are tough birds. They also freeze their butts off when they nest in the arctic.

  5. These are some of my favorite wild animals. Seeing the trumpeter swans makes me kind of miss the traveling I was doing the past couple of years.

  7. wow that is a large herd of deer. I spotted a young one right out in the open this afternoon all by itself. 45 minutes later when I drove by again it was on the other side of the road still searching the ground for something to eat still all alone and totally oblivious to all the traffic driving by
