Roll out dough in a rectangle, you fold the top over the bottom so want a good symmetrical shape.
Fold in half to mark a crease in the middle
Wet one half lightly and put tablespoons of filling evenly in rows. This was cappacola and lots of cheeses.
Fold over top and press out the air around the filling
Slice and crimp, I use a pie crimper
Make lots, boil and eat well.
