What's Bugging You?

This white coneflower was fun to find. I wish they would bloom longer, but have a few varieties I have collected over the years. Below is a real light purple with a bee harvesting nectar and pollen. Looking for a good title I noticed a number of insects  in my shots so laughed at my title. I have a variety of ID books and always want to know them all better.  I hope you like these blooms and residents amongst them.

There is a crab Spider in this bloom waiting for someone to land.

These are hundreds of yellow aphids on this milkweed bloom.

Snow On The Mountain always tells that summer is almost over.

Coming up next will be kayak shots. I have an extra boat so come join me at the lake.

  5. You show visitors and also the evidence of visitors as some of the leaves have been chewed on by visitors.

  8. Great photos of your flowers and BUGS.. You asked what is bugging me???? WELL---some kind of bugs have been devouring our Autumn Joy Sedum this year.... I've had Sedum for many years without any problems. Not sure what has gotten them this year--but they are really eating them.... That's when I don't like BUGS... ha

Love the butterfly and the sky photo...
    Hugs,
    Betsy
