Leaves For Leontien

 A simple thought of love
Is all Nancy has to say
Many of us express our thoughts
On this special day.
Flowers set the mood

There aren't many around

One flower stands out today

Leontien is that special one to be found.

October is National Breast Cancer Month, and Nancy at Rural Journal has asked for many of us to post support for a blogging friend,Leontien, on our posts. To see all who are participating and learn more about this friend visit Nancy at http://www.ruraljournal.com.

  3. What a lovely post and beautiful photos for Leontien. I also really like that last picture of the falling leaf - is it shining with sunlight, or is it white? Amazing shot!

  17. Lovely post, Steve, and all for a good cause. The milkweed pod bursting with seed was my favorite today, but enjoyed all , as always. There are still some flowers in bloom here on the VA eastern shore.
