An exciting adventure looking at the land and the people around me.
So many different colors of them! All gorgeous!betty
oh, the bearded iris are just beautiful. I don't grow any of those. but the day lilies, now, they are in full bloom and I am collecting pictures for a post of my own.
Yes I know what you mean. I keep seeing different colors around town and I wonder if they would be will to trade with me. I get a lot of requests for starts but that is from beginners. Every color and every shape is required for the best collection.
I must be the only blogger with no irises in the yard and I am so jealous! I simply must plant some now!
I should have known there were many varieties of iris. I should get some new ones. Mine are just about done. The iris is beautiful and you've done well in your photos!
They're just beautiful. And I haven't reached my limit yet...I still want more. :)
I see we have a couple of the same type -- I want more too, but I need to thin out some of the ones I already have first. :)
Steve, quite a colorful group of irises. I have purple and white blooming in the front yard, but several have toppled over from being top heavy with multiple blooms.
Bearded Iris are magnificent. I once saw a garden that had an iris that bloomed in fall as well as in spring!
They are so pretty. I can't wait for mine to bloom
Beautiful. There is nothing I enjoy more than a plethora of iris. Thanks for sharing.
