  2. oh, the bearded iris are just beautiful. I don't grow any of those. but the day lilies, now, they are in full bloom and I am collecting pictures for a post of my own.

  3. Yes I know what you mean. I keep seeing different colors around town and I wonder if they would be will to trade with me. I get a lot of requests for starts but that is from beginners. Every color and every shape is required for the best collection.

  8. Steve, quite a colorful group of irises. I have purple and white blooming in the front yard, but several have toppled over from being top heavy with multiple blooms.

  9. Bearded Iris are magnificent. I once saw a garden that had an iris that bloomed in fall as well as in spring!
