An exciting adventure looking at the land and the people around me.
That white barn sure blends in this time of year!
If we had any, it would be melting here, too. The temperature hit 66 degrees yesterday. You have some really lovely photos in this series. The Conestoga wagon is such an interesting part of our history. I just can't imagine traveling across this great country in one. Those were some hardy folks.
Cute bird shots....and I can feel the sunshine melting me from here!!!Have a wonderful March1st day!!
All of your pictures are great, but that one with the entrance to the nature trail won't leave my mind. I absolutely love it.
Love the shot of the covered wagon
I too love the ideal of the nature trail. It's my thing... :)
It's snowing here while it is melting there. Nice photos. Thanks for swinging by my porch. Maybe soon we can enjoy warmer weather.
Awesome shots of your lovely countryside. I especially love the birds. We've been having temps in the 70's the past couple of days. The Purple Martin scouts have arrived and the Brown Thrasher and Mockingbird couples are "frolicking" in the wisteria vines.
Hej Steve, lovely shots. Those little birds are so cute, the chickadee looks like "our" great tit! The buds promise it's soon spring!Grethe ´)

Love these photos, a million miles from here!
still looks pretty snowy to me.
Who lives in the Conestoga wagon? Someone you know?
The entrance to that nature trail looks magical.
Love the prairie schooner! You received alot more snow than we did. Very pretty!
Loved the covered wagon, we don't see these in New England too often (like almost never). You sure do live in a beautiful area!
beautiful photos as always. I'd love to try a painting of that barn pic.
Steve, I love the covered wagon photo...reminds me of LIttle House on the Prairie...I loved that show! beautiful photos as always.
Yes i loved the covered wagon picture too! well they are all beautiful but that one has sooo much character!!! Here it is snowing but nothing stays on the ground... which is fine with me!HugsLeontien
Your pics are so beautiful, love the one with the barn especially. Hope your snow melts soon and that Spring will arrive. Have a good week.
Lovely! I noticed nuthatches for the first time last spring. Had to get out the bird book and look up those birds that were almost but not quite chickadees and spent so much time upside down!
What a great collection of photos, I haven't seen the sun in so long I'm envious.
Keep it positive and informative,I enjoy hearing from you!
