  4. Lovely photos. I haven't been fishing since I used to go with my Dad. Last time was around 17. Rainbow Trout is my favorite meal when I go to the Lynnhaven Fish House in Virginia Beach. It would be fun to see them swimming under the ice, but then I guess you wouldn't be standing on it as I'm assuming it would be too thin if you could see them.

  6. Eating the fish sounds good, but I'm afraid of the ice, any ice. Actually, I guess it's not the ice that I'm afraid of; it's the deep water underneath. For some reason I've still been fascinated with the idea of ice fishing.

  7. I like fish but not enough to sit out in the cold and try to catch some. One of the guys I work with is in to ice fishing

  9. Ice fishing isn't my cup of tea, but I know there are those who love it. You captured some nice shots out on the ice. It looks like it was a beautiful day, but cold.

  13. Steve, do you cook those freshly caught fish outdoors as well? There's nothing like fresh fish for a great dinner, but it sure does look cold out there on the ice.

  14. Nice pictures! I wouldn't want to take a chance being out there on the ice though. I think it's been too mild this year. Love the imprint that the leaves made. I used to go trout fishing but not in the winter..Brrrr! How exciting for you to be on TV!! Take care!

  16. Brrrr, it looks cold sitting out there. I love the leaf shots --very nice. You"ll have to come down to Wichita sometime--the Keeper of the Plains is quite impressive. Have a great weekend. Mickie ;)
