Flowers For You

Some of my spring favorites are the tulips and other spring bulbs that push out thoughts of a dreary winter with their scents and colors. These were all taken at the botanical center in Omaha, Nebraska.

This is a different variation of the jack in the pulpits we have around here in our woodlands.

All of my orchids are blooming at my home

Castor beans are a seasonal favorite I always like to plant.

  4. they are so lovely and so wonderful to see after winter. I think my sister calls the variety of jack in the pulpit a pitcher plant.

  8. Spring flowers are a sight for sore eyes in February. Our winter has been mild, but it hasn't included flowers.

  9. A beautiful and fascinating series of flowers and always enjoy a photo of the host :) I went over to a friend's house and her daffodils were already blooming. I think they are very confused! The weather isn't that warm.
