An exciting adventure looking at the land and the people around me.
Every time I see your pictures of the prairie, I realize what a national treasure it is- Thanks, from Miss Betsy
beautiful pictures. the pearl crescents must be migrating.
Absolutely breathtaking!!! The butterfly on the zinnia brought a nostalgic smile - my grandmother always planted them in her flower bed.
Oh those are beautiful pictures. So many pretty butterflies, lovely flowers and lovely skies.
That's some back yard you've been playing in :) Lovely, all of it
Great collection. It's been a great year for growing things. All the rain, then heat. Also butterflies.
Wow! What a nice week you have had.
It really has been a banner year for butterflies. Wonderful photos, Steve. :)
Butterflies seem to be in full bloom right now.
I love the pictures, especially the butterflies and the milkweed.
Gorgeous, Steve.. I love the sun's colors on the lake... Awesome.. And your area/backyard is fabulous with the flowers and butterflies...Betsy

Beautiful photos, thanks for sharing so we can enjoy it too
I love your pictures, Steve. I miss the prairie. It's been too long - nearly a year. :( Tell her hello for me, if you please.
Wonderful set of photos, Steve ! As usually !These ones of the lake are very beautiful.
So different from my native New England with its woods and tree shaded paths - someday I will visit the prairie; meanwhile I can come here :)
Is the lake in your back yard? Your butterflies have such nice bright flowers to land on. Ours are fading to drab. I think partly from so much rain early on and now dry ground with thick humidity.
These are some of the most gorgeous photos I've seen in a long time! Good job, my friend.
Hope you had a good time on your getaway. It looks as if you were in a truly beautiful setting. The last image of the lake and the one of the tall stem of yellow flowers against the background of sky were two of my favorites.
Wow, great shots! I love your butterfly pictures.
What a beautiful collection... so peaceful and calming. You must sigh deeply every time you step outside, as I do every time I see you photography.
Keep it positive and informative,I enjoy hearing from you!
