  7. What wonderful photos, particularly the nature ones.

Like you, I despair at the loss of habitat for wildlife. Mankind is destroying the planet and our children will pay the price.

Thank you for visiting my blog and commenting.

  16. That bench near the rocks keeps cool through the summer with air coming through the cave behind it.These were fun to share and surprising how hard it was to narrow a couple from each month. We had a thaw, but it is reall cold again so the ice on the pond is like a mirror, except where a deer went through.I won't get much done today if it gets up to 20.Ice skating is a priority, come join me!

  17. That looks like a great year you had, fantastic images and it was lovely seeing you with your daughter, and your little granddaughter, a lovely family to be sure. Thanks for stopping by. I think you and Kay are correct in your ID. We have a lot of Cooper’s Hawks around here, thought am still surprised I saw one right in the middle of the city. I bought a Rockwell book at the store museum. It was a lovely exhibit and I hadn’t seen many of the paintings before.

  18. Love your blog!! Thanks for coming over to Arizona. I love this state and I love the desert but I just cannot handle the summer heat. That lasts for six months. So I'm loving this cool spell. I love Iowa. I've been through there at times and always want to stay. The farm girl in me never left. :)
